Reading is a complex process involving the use of various skills. One of the skills which best fits our understanding of reading is reading as an interactive process. Based on the differences of students from primary schools and secondary schools, this workshop aims at introducing the interactive approach of reading to teachers, in order to help their students to develop reading skills.
Moving from theory to practice, the trainer will work with teachers to discuss the usefulness of the skills in the Chinese context and how they can best apply an Interactive Approach. Participants will take away with them practical suggestions which they can implement in their English classroom.
